We value teamwork, efficiency, and building long-term relationships with our patients. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is professional, caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent preventive and periodontal care while educating patients on oral health. Appointment Scheduling Expectations Established patient (periodic exam, bitewings, prophy): 50 minutes Established patient (FMX, prophy, exam): 60 minutes New patient appointment: 60 minutes These appointment times are designed to support quality care without rushing. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed Take and process dental radiographs, including bitewings and full-mouth series (FMX) Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist the dentist during hygiene exams Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a welcoming office environment Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern dental technology and systems Consistent scheduling with appropriate appointment times Opportunity for professional growth How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and any relevant credentials.
