What Weâre Looking For Weâre searching for a teammate who: Communicates effectively and enjoys patient interaction Pays close attention to detail and can think critically during procedures Is eager to expand their clinical skillset and leadership abilities Works efficiently and takes initiative in a supportive team setting What Youâll Do As our Lead Dental Assistant, youâll play an essential role in supporting Dr. Hernandez and ensuring each procedure runs smoothly.
