PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental assistant who will be primarily responsible for chairside assistance during endodontic procedures and for helping deliver an exceptional patient experience SPECIFIC DUTIES Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently for endodontic procedures Provide high-level chairside assistance to the Endodontist Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and clinical notes Clearly and calmly explain procedures and post-operative instructions to patients Take diagnostic radiographs Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sterilization area Deliver outstanding patient service through empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Demonstrate a strong commitment to Huza Endodonticsâ clinical standards, policies, and culture Communicate effectively with doctors and teammates to promote a positive, team-oriented environment Follow OSHA and CDC Guidelines for a clean and safe workplace. Other duties may be assigned.
