Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Team Member to join our dynamic dental practice. Multispecialty group practice seeks dental treatment coordinator, dental front desk and dental hygienist to join our team The ideal candidate will support clinical and administrative functions, ensuring a seamless patient experience and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient care. Duties Assist with chairside and administrative procedures, including four-handed dentistry and phone skills scheduling appointments and discussing needed treatment and finances. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Operate and manage electronic health records (EMR systems) such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and Epic for accurate medical documentation and records management Take dental radiographs (X-ray) and utilize 3D scanners for diagnostic purposes in general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry cases Support the dental team with medical imaging procedures while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy Manage patient check-in/check-out processes as a dental receptionist, including scheduling appointments and updating medical records Assist with dental procedures by understanding dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control standards Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Practs Works highly desirable Certification or training in dental assisting, aseptic technique, or related fields is a plus Strong understanding of anatomy, infection control practices, and dental terminology is essential for success in this role This position provides an excellent platform for individuals committed to advancing their career in dental healthcare while contributing to exceptional patient care.
