Job Summary If you are a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient dental wellness, enjoys a warm and upbeat work environment and friendly patients to care for, we would love to meet you! We are a private dental practice on the Northwest side of San Antonio near Helotes. We are adding 2 days of hygiene per week with the possibility of more days in the future. We currently have 2 full time hygienists with 2 general dentists. Our practice is open Monday-Thursday from 8-5pm. Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments for patients. Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and documenting findings. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records in Eagle Soft and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly environment. Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry principles. Familiarity with documentation review processes and systems used in dental practices. Ability to work effectively with others. Proficient in using Eagle Soft or similar dental software systems. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. We look forward to meeting you!
