Job Title: Dental Front Desk Member Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Team Member with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support, outstanding customer service, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations in a busy dental office. Responsibilities: Answering Phones: Professionally & empathetically handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information. Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of the dental office's resources. Referrals and Authorizations: Coordinate referrals and obtain necessary authorizations for patient procedures. Insurance Verification: Verify dental insurance coverage, process claims, and communicate with insurance providers as needed. Collections: Responsible for handling patient collections, billing inquiries, and payment processing. Patient Check Out and Treatment Presentation: Assist patients in the check-out process, provide information on treatment plans, and answer related queries. Control of Patient Flow: Manage patient flow in the lobby area, ensuring a seamless and organized experience for patients. Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain patient information in the dental software system. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar dental front desk position. Proficiency in dental software. Experience performing insurance verifications. Ability to multitask, show initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, computer proficient, and coachable with a quick learning ability. Friendly, self-confident, and a team player with excellent customer service skills. Neat and professional appearance is a must. Spanish bilingual with proficiency in spoken & written Spanish.
