About the Office: We are a general dental practice that offers a full scope of dental procedures. The office is newly updated with ergonomic A-dec operatory chairs and delivery systems with built in cavitrons, pano/CBCT, portable hand-held x-ray devices, digital sensors, and new computers and tv monitors. Each operatory is spacious and offers an amazing fifth floor view of Summerlin up to the north valley of Las Vegas and the mountains. As a licensed Hygienist you are a professional dental healthcare provider. Responsibilities of which include; collaborating with the dentist in the diagnosis of patientsâ oral health, educating patients about their oral health and proper personal oral hygiene instruction, and providing preventive and non-surgical periodontal treatments to patients. As part of these responsibilities it is expected to be proficient in the utilization of diagnostic tools such as; capturing intra-oral radiographs and panoramic radiographs/CBCT, and intra-oral digital scanning for 3D models, as well as use of electronic medical record systems for charting and patient clinical notes. We prefer hygiene to see 10-12 patients a day with a double column (staggered 1 hour appt blocks for prophy/PM, 1.5 hour apps with schedule blocks for SRP) and a dedicated assistant for imaging, charting, and chair turnover. Office Hours: Summerlin Office: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm Henderson Office: Friday 9 am - 5 pm Compensation: Up to $65 per hour + production bonus (for double column), Starting at $55 per hour for single column PTO : 6 paid days, accumulate 1 paid day each year continued employment, max at 10 OFFICE CLOSURES: Major Holidays and adjacent days TBD at least 6 months in advance.
