Job Description Perio Center of Richmond is seeking a Dental Front Desk Administrator / Treatment Coordinator. The successful individual will play a pivotal role in customer service and customer care. Primary Duties · Answering phones and greeting patients · Scheduling and confirming patient appointments · Checking and responding to voicemails and emails · Checking in and checking out patients · Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries · Entering & presenting treatment plans · Coordinating financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatment · Working closely and collaboratively with Dental Assistants to support smooth operations · Assisting with other office duties as requested or as needed Qualifications · MUST HAVE at least two (2) years of dental front office experience ·Knowledge of the Open Dental practice management software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
