Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Marietta, GA
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional oral health care and education in a friendly and professional environment. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Review medical histories and update patient records accurately. Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos as needed. Administer local anesthesia and apply fluoride or sealants (as permitted by state licensure) Perform periodontal charting and assess oral health conditions. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to deliver excellent patient care. Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols. Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented work culture. Qualifications: Current state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and patient-care skills.
