Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Salem, UT
We are looking to hire a hygienist to join our team Tuesdays and Fridays!! Experience with Open Dental is a plus! If you have a steady hand and great bedside manner, weâd like to meet you. Responsibilities Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination Sterilize dental instruments properly Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis Clean and help protect patientsâ teeth Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care Take X-rays Maintain documentation and charts on each patient Skills In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment Outstanding communication skills A patient and friendly personality Attention to detail Valid license to practice Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
