Job Summary Join our supportive and energetic dental team as a Dental Hygienist, where youâll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting lifelong oral health. In this rewarding position, youâll provide comprehensive hygiene services, educate patients, and help create a comfortable, welcoming environment that keeps our patients smiling and coming back. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current oral health conditions Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and the importance of routine dental visits Assist with chairside procedures, including dental impressions, sealants, and post-treatment instructions Accurately document patient care using dental software such as Open Dental Maintain strict infection control standards and comply with HIPAA regulations Provide gentle, compassionate care to pediatric patients and help ensure their comfort during visits Collaborate with the dental team to support smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences Qualifications Valid Florida Dental Hygienist license and current certifications Experience in general dentistry Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Open Dental Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, infection control, and clinical procedures Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Why Join Us?
