Major Duties & Responsibilities Create accurate and complete diagnostic records Take Panorex and Ceph X-rays , including tracing, labeling, scanning, and uploading into patient treatment records Capture intraoral photographs and manage downloading and printing Perform impressions and digital scanning Place separators as directed Complete and manage lab slips Maintain cleanliness and organization of the records area Monitor inventory and notify appropriate personnel when supplies need ordering Maintain and care for equipment in the records room Follow all OSHA safety guidelines Assist with front office duties , sterilization , and clinical support as needed Minor Duties & Responsibilities Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatories Keep chairs stocked, organized, and ready for patients Assist with local marketing and community outreach events Support team members wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations Skills & Abilities We Value Energetic, outgoing, and empathetic personality Strong team player with a positive attitude Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong hand skills and attention to detail Natural leadership qualities and a proactive âmake things happenâ mindset Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in expanding orthodontic skills Ready to Grow With Us?
