About the Role As our Dental Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients. Your role is essential in creating a calm, professional, and memorable experienceâfrom the initial phone call to checkout. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails with excellent phone etiquette Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify insurance, collect payments, and explain financial policies clearly Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate patient flow to support the clinical team Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment needs Maintain a polished, organized front desk and waiting area Qualifications & Skills Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling systems is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Proficiency with dental software Dentrix Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented Why Join Iconic Smiles Dental Boutique?
