Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments - Take digital dental x-rays - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform dental charting and maintain accurate medical records - Utilize electronic health record systems such as Dentrix for documentation - Specialize in pediatric dental care, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for young patients - Conduct patient assessments and record vital signs - Perform digital scanning of the mouth Experience: - Previous experience as a dental assistant a must for at least 1 year - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Dentrix and Dexis - Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus - Knowledge of Itero scanning a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
