About the Role : We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Responsibilities : Clinical Autonomy: We value your diagnostic expertise and preventative recommendations. Cutting-Edge Technology: Work efficiently using Primescan scanners, Diode Lasers, and digital radiography. Patient-First Experience: Our modern, cozy office eliminates "dental anxiety" with heated massage chairs, ceiling-mounted TVs, and a calming, non-medical atmosphere. Professional Stability: Benefit from established systems like our Patient Advocacy System (PAS), ensuring seamless handoffs and clear communication. Qualifications : Current RDH License in the state of Texas. Required Skills : Highly motivated and proactive in patient education. Strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic chairside manner. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills : Diode Laser Pay range and compensation package : We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward high performance and provide financial security, featuring a guaranteed daily minimum vs. a percentage of adjusted collections (whichever is higher).
