Overview We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to take over an established practice from a retiring dentist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing practice as the solo provider on assigned days and make a meaningful impact on patientsâ oral health and confidence. The ideal candidate will have excellent chairside manners and be comfortable treating patients of all ages. Experience in general dentistry is required, with endodontics and oral surgery experience preferred. Responsibilities Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform dental procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Utilize dental imaging technology and accurately interpret medical records for diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards. Work collaboratively with team members using four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health best practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to support long-term oral health. Pay: $280,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
