Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Portage, IN
Full Time Assistant We are a small general dentistry office located in the Portage Indiana. We are looking for a part time dental assistant to join our team. We are looking for a people friendly person with a warm personality is a must. Dental experience is a bonus but we are willing to train someone with some customer service experience, however being comfortable working with computers is necessary. The office hours are: Monday and Tuesday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm Wednesday 9:00am to 6:00pm Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00pm Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm we typically only have one Friday a month, rarely two. Lunch on Monday to Thursday is from 1:00pm-2:00pm EFDA is a plus In addition to regular Dental Assistant tasks: Coronal Polishing is a plus Must be x-ray Certified Should be able to make Temporary restorations. Going over post op instructions with the pt. Assisting the Dentist Using Dentrix software (will train if needed). We do not have late or weekend hours.
