Job Description: Bellevue Dental Oasis is a patient-centered dental practice seeking a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Prior experience is welcomed, but training is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take dental X-rays Maintain infection control and OSHA standards Prepare patients for treatment and provide post-operative instructions Manage instruments, supplies, and operatory setup/breakdown Support front office and clinical team as needed Qualifications: Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required New graduates welcome; training available Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, punctual, and dependable Schedule & Compensation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9-5pm, 1 hour lunch Competitive hourly pay, based on experience Supportive training and mentorship provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off License/Certification: RDA license (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
