Job Summary Dentist TeemaGroup Contract In-Office | Mexia, TX, United States The Opportunity Minimum qualifications: Must be licensed as a dentist by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Must have a current unrestricted registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#). Must complete facility and HHSC required training JOB DESCRIPTION: Dentist must be proficient in computers/electronic health records. The Dentist is responsible for providing dental services for individuals living at the Supported Living Center and certain identified individuals living in community-based settings, including advanced dental care and treatment to elevate the oral hygiene of all individuals. The Dentist is responsible for implementing the best and safest practices in treatment. Provide timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical and dental records of the residents with intellectual disabilities. Written treatment plan with justification of irreversible dental treatments. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have good communication skills, be organized, and be able to present information. Able to work with minimal supervision. ASSIGNED SCHEDULE: 4-day/10-hour day schedule. Tuesday-Friday schedule after required training. No after-hour call. #Workwolf
