Dental Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time) Work Schedule: TuesdayâFriday We are a private dental practice located in Kent, Washington, seeking a friendly, caring, and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative clinical environment. New graduates and candidates with no prior dental assisting experience are welcome to applyâtraining will be provided. The Dental Assistant will play a key role in helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit, while working closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities: Greet and escort patients to the treatment area; position patients appropriately in the dental chair Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms before procedures and clean rooms after use Set up, organize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols Enter and update patient information and clinical notes in the dental software system Communicate professionally and courteously with patients, dentists, hygienists, and team members Document clinical observations or issues in the patient chart as needed Monitor and maintain inventory of instruments and supplies required for procedures Benefit: Paid vacation 401K provided If you are motivated, dependable, and eager to grow in a supportive dental practice, we would be happy to hear from you.
