We’re currently looking for a Dental Assistant to join our MidWest Dental team in Atlantic, Ia . This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, Every other Friday 8am -12pm (would also consider candidates looking for part-time hours) Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Help support the front office as needed Qualifications: Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Compensation: $18 - $22/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
