Dental Assistant (X-Ray Certified) – Tysons & Reston locations ( Full time position). Job Summary: Tysons Dental Design Center and Reston Dental Center are seeking a dedicated, high-energy Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. We are an established, state-of-the-art practice looking for a candidate who prioritizes patient satisfaction and thrives in a collaborative environment. We are hiring for a full-time position that requires flexibility to work at both our Tysons and Reston, VA locations. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly Wage: $19.00 – $23.00 (Commensurate with experience) • Entry Level (6 months – 1 year experience): Starting at $19.00/hr • Experienced (1 – 3 years experience): $20.00 – $23.00/hr • Benefits: 50% Health Insurance coverage, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Discount, HSA, Free Parking, and On-the-job training. Schedule: Full-time (36–40 hours per week). Current schedule: Tuesday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Future schedule: Ability to rotate between Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday shifts as needed. • Key Responsibilities: Assist the Dentist during various clinical procedures, including general dentistry and surgical cases. Capture high-quality digital radiographs. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to safety protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Maintain dental supply inventory and assist with weekly production reporting. Ensure patient comfort and provide a high level of bedside manner. Requirements: • Certification: Valid Virginia State Radiology/X-ray Certification is required . • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a general dental clinic. • Flexibility: Must be willing to rotate between the Tysons and Reston office locations. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Dentrix software and dental terminology is a plus. • Surgical Experience: Experience with Periodontic procedures (Implants, Bone Grafts, Sinus Lifts) is a major advantage. • How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter including: Full name and best contact information (Phone/Email).
