Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Silver Valley Dental Care team Mondays and Thursdays, with the potential for additional days! Assess patientâs oral health, record vital signs, review medical histories, and ensure HIPPA compliance. Take and interpret dental X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy habits. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using proper aseptic and infection control procedures in compliance with OSHA standards. Review, document, and maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of dental hygiene practices, patient care, and infection control protocols. Proficiency with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft is essential for efficient record management. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to educate patients effectively on oral health practices. Certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist from an accredited program is mandatory; licensure must be current according to state regulations.
