Dental Front Desk Receptionist -Lightfoot Center for Laser and Periodontics- We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a key role in our office, as you are often the first voice and first face our patients encounter. We’re seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming experience, and understands how thoughtful communication and attention to detail can make a meaningful difference in a patient’s day. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient communication Demonstrate strong knowledge of dental insurance plans and benefits Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental front desk experience (preferred) Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing Eaglesoft experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation $25–$40 per hour , based on experience Benefits Paid vacation (available after 1 year of service) Paid sick leave (accrues at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, starting at date of hire) Health insurance ( we pay 50% of the premium for a single employee ) Paid holidays Retirement plan Bereavement leave Parking provided Why Join Our Team?
