General Dentist with Emphasis on Pediatrics **4 Days a Week with Room to Grow to Full Time** - NON DSO Pioneer Pediatric & Family Dentists - East Longmeadow MA - Western MA (3 Days A Week) Hampshire Meadow Family & Pediatric Dentistry - Hadley MA - Western MA (1 Day A Week) Total Available 4 Days a week Six years ago we established Hampshire Meadow Family & Pediatric Dentistry. In that short span of time we have grown to be one of the leading pediatric practices in Western Mass. We are now on the verge of moving into our brand new cutting edge building in Hadley. Due to the tremendous growth we have experienced we recently opened our second location in East Longmeadow MA - minutes from the desirable suburb of Longmeadow. This brand new 4600 square foot build out is growing quickly with over 100 new patients a month. It has a healthy payer mix while also providing critical masshealth services in an area severely deficient in pediatric dentists. We currently are looking to hire a general dentist comfortable treating children for initially 4 days a week (with room to add an additional day in East Longmeadow) and potentially another additional day (in the new building in Hadley MA). Our associate will benefit from numerous factors: Reputation - In just 6 years we have built an outstanding reputation within the community. We have over 1000+ 5 stars reviews in the Hadley location and over 100+ in the East Longmeadow office due to the compassionate and personal care we provide. Referral Base - Both locations have developed strong referral bases throughout the region and enjoy close relationships within the communities we are providing care for. Patient Flow - We average 100-120 new patients a month in both locations. Clinical Autonomy - As privately owned offices we value clinical autonomy. We offer all pediatric service from minimally invasive (SDF/ART/Hall Crowns), to traditional restorative with nitrous, and OR/General Anesthesia full mouth rehabs. Mentorship - Under the supervision of not one but two experienced Board Certified Pediatric Dentist our associate have tremendous opportunity to gain value mentorship if they so desire. Insurance Participation - The location of both practices results in a healthy payor mix while still being able to fill the needs of the communities we serve.
