Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
• know how to do billing (Medical, PPO and HMO) and collect from insurance.
