Orthodontic Dental Assistant Full-Time | Multi-Office Orthodontic Practice | Northern Minnesota $27â32/hour | Predictable schedule We are a busy, established orthodontic practice seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for someone who values organization, consistency, and professionalism and enjoys working in a structured, standards-driven environment. What Youâll Do Assist the orthodontist chairside during orthodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and support efficient clinical flow Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in patient care Help create a calm, positive experience for patients and families Follow established clinical protocols, daily standards, and safety procedures What Weâre Looking For Orthodontic assisting experience preferred Minnesota Dental Assistant licensure (LDA) required Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable in a fast-paced but organized clinical environment Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Able to accept on-the-floor feedback and follow clear direction Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position with stable, predictable hours Consistent daily start and end times Work across some satellite offices (Staples, Pequot Lakes, Aitkin; not all locations required) Clearly defined roles with consistent standards and expectations Compensation & Benefits $27â32/hour , based on experience Hourly pay Benefits include: Paid time off (PTO) accrued in compliance with Minnesota ESST Paid holidays Stable hours with consistent daily schedules Paid onboarding and training Clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and clinical protocols Organized clinical systems and standardized workflows Employee orthodontic care benefit available Scrubs or uniform provided Support for required CPR training To Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
