Develop and implement treatment plans to address dental health issues. Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals. Conduct extractions and other surgical procedures as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and treatments. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. General Dentist Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license. In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
