Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in North Las Vegas, NV
Overview Hylo Park Dental and Implants is a brand new modern, patient-focused dental practice offering general, cosmetic, sedation, and implant dentistry . We are seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to play a key role in both clinical excellence and team leadership. This position is ideal for an experienced assistant who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high clinical standards, and being an integral part of a growing practice. Duties Lead and support the dental assisting team in daily clinical operations Assist the doctor with general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, surgical procedures, and implants Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and sterilization of operatories Maintain OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols Manage clinical flow to ensure efficient patient care Train, mentor, and onboard new dental assistants Monitor and maintain dental supplies and equipment Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral scans Support IV and oral sedation procedures (training provided if needed) Communicate effectively with providers, front office, and patients Qualifications Minimum 3â5 years of dental assisting experience 1+ year in a leadership or senior assisting role preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English CPR/BLS certification Experience with implants, oral surgery, and/or sedation is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
