Description Front Office will be responsible for handling the reception area and some administrative duties such as but not limited to greeting, scheduling, treatment presentation, and checking patients in and out. Maintain office policies and procedures Answering multi-line phone system Collecting payments Discussing financial arrangements Insurance Verification Filling the schedule Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Great Customer Service Great communication skill Knowledge of dental terminology Familiar with PPO Insurance Benefits Basic Accounting knowledge Qualifications Knowledge of Open Dental Software Highly Preferred 1 Year of Dental Office Team Experience required.
