Position Summary The General Dentist (DDS/DMD) will provide comprehensive dental care using fully digital workflows and advanced technology in a POD (Patient-Oriented Dentistry) system . A POD represents a dedicated patient-oriented care team assigned to each doctor , consisting of trained dental assistants who provide consistent clinical support. This model enhances efficiency, communication, and patient experience while allowing dentists to focus on high-level clinical care. This role offers strong production-based earning potential and a defined pathway toward partnered ownership for dentists seeking long-term career investment.
