Job Responsibilities: Assist orthodontists chairside with braces, aligners, retainers, and other appliances Take digital scans, X-rays, photos, and impressions Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment areas Educate patients on oral hygiene, care of orthodontic appliances, and treatment progress Maintain accurate patient records and charting Provide excellent customer service, making every patient feel comfortable and cared for Qualifications: Prior dental/orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but weâre willing to train the right candidate!) Current RDA certification Strong communication and organizational skills A friendly, professional, and positive attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
