Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Fort Worth, TX

Private owned dental office. Great work-life balance One on one support from Doctor Looking for a dental assistant with preferably two or more years of continuous experience. Pay scale is based off experience and will be determined after interview process. Must have active CPR and State license to apply Responsibilities Effectively place sealants under supervision of Dr. Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Oversee inventory ordering and make sure inventory is in stock Oversee lab cases and make sure cases are ready for shipment and intake Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Schedule appointments and recare as directed Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures Assist in training as needed Skills Proven experience as dental assistant Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. EFDA) Please visit our Doctor and office at noblesdental.com Office Hours Monday 9-5 pm Tuesday 9 until Thursday 8:30-5:30 pm Wednesday 8:30-5:30pm Fridays: appt only Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Retirement plan Experience: General dentistry: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Texas RDA license (Required) Work Location: In person
