We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following OSHA and CDC guidelines Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed Manage patient records and treatment plans in the practiceâs dental software Provide post-op care instructions and answer patient inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked operatory Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and office policies What We Offer A supportive, family-oriented work environment. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred Certification in Radiology (X-ray license) and CPR preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures Experience with Open Dental or similar dental software preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Skills: Experience in restorative, prosthodontic, and surgical procedures Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
