The Role We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who is comfortable working with infants and children and thrives in a fast-paced but supportive clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on clinical work and supporting practice operations and patient education . Clinical Responsibilities Assist with infant frenectomy procedures Chairside assistance for basic pediatric dental procedures Capture high-quality digital clinical photographs Perform iTero scans Assist with and manage CBCT imaging Instrument sterilization and organization Operatory setup, turnover, and cleaning Support accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports Maintain excellent bedside manner with infants, children, and caregivers Administrative & Creative Support (Preferred but Not Required) Assist with patient education materials and brochures (Canva experience a plus) Help with PowerPoint presentations and internal/external educational content Support light content creation for patient-facing materials Strong typing skills and comfort with digital workflows Ideal Candidate Comfortable working with infants and young children Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and proactive Calm, compassionate, and confident chairside presence Eager to learn and grow in a specialized pediatric/airway-focused practice Reliable and able to commit to most of a 2.5-day weekly schedule Why Join Us Supportive, collaborative work environment Exposure to advanced pediatric and infant-focused care Opportunity to grow clinical and non-clinical skills Meaningful work supporting families during early development To Apply: Please submit a cover letter and your resume and a brief note explaining why this role interests you.
