Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Scarsdale, NY
Advanced Dental Scarsdale is looking to hire a Dental Assistant. This is PART TIME position for Thursdays / Fridays / Saturdays ; Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist during the dental procedure. Requirements: Prior work experience Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn, understand, and retain new information efficiently Capable of working independently with minimal supervision Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment Flexible availability to meet the operational needs of the practice Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Responsibilities: Preparing patients and equipment Sterilizing instruments Handling dental materials Assisting chairside during procedures Taking and developing X-rays Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
