We are part of a niche medical and specialty development, nestled on a beautiful 1.5-acre wooded lot. The practice offers more than 6,000 square feet of office and treatment space, including 9 treatment chairs plus 4 operatories, designed to comfortably serve our patients and support a thriving pediatric dental practice. Our office is committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry by employing the newest technology, including the latest in soft/hard tissue laser treatment (Solea CO2 lasers), NuSmile electronic injection system, AI-powered x-ray analysis and processing, AI dictation for treatment notes, and other cutting-edge practice management software to support efficiency, accuracy, and patient care. Position Overview: We’re looking for a caring and motivated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join us! This position offers flexibility for either part-time or full-time hours, and we welcome both new graduates and experienced providers. If you enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive practice that values teamwork and patient-centered care, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll be Expected to Do: Provide comprehensive dental care for children in a gentle and caring manner. Perform operative treatments (Nitrous, Oral and IV sedation). Help patients and families understand the importance of oral health. Collaborate with our dental team to keep visits fun and positive. Contribute your skills and ideas to help us grow together. Full time opportunity with 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday). What We’re Looking For: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency Program. Valid Texas dental license to practice Dentistry and Level 1 and Level 2 Sedation Friendly, approachable personality and excellent communication skills with children and parents. Enthusiasm for patient education and preventive care.
