About the Role: Are you a "closer" who loves the dental industry? We are looking for a high-energy, sales-oriented professional to become the voice of our practice. This isn’t a "receptionist" role; this is a Lead Conversion position. You will be responsible for managing our incoming patient inquiries, overcoming objections, and ensuring our doctors’ chairs are filled with high-value consultations. What You’ll Do: Lead Management: Own the lead pipeline. You will respond to all website, social media, and phone inquiries within minutes. Strategic Scheduling: Use our Practice Management System Go High Level , Weave , Dentrix to maximize provider production through smart scheduling. Consultative Sales: Educate potential patients on the value of our treatments All on 4 , full mouth reconstruction , implants , veneers , and confidently handle pricing questions. System Optimization: Manage our automated follow-up systems and AI-assisted booking tools to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. What We Are Looking For: Sales Mindset: You have a background in sales, dental treatment coordination, or high-end hospitality. Communication Mastery: You are articulate, persuasive, and empathetic on the phone. You know how to turn a "How much does it cost?" into a scheduled appointment.
