Position Overview: Assist orthodontists during various orthodontic procedures and check-ups. Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Greet and comfort patients, ensuring they feel calm and secure throughout their dental visit. Take routine or necessary orthodontic X-rays and impressions or as directed by the orthodontist. Educate patients on proper care and oral hygiene techniques. Accurately document patient records and treatment notes. Maintain professional communication with the front of house and back of house teams, orthodontists, and patients. Utilize excellent listening and communication skills.
