Registered Dental Hygienist (South Orange County) Our beautiful state of the art dental office in Dana Point is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Qualifications: Must have 3+ years of experience Must be personable and out-going Excellent chair-side manner Must be professional and have a professional image Must be very organized and detail oriented Should generally like helping and talking to people Must be able to type and use computers Must be a TEAM player Proficiencies: scaling and root planning administering local anesthesia ultrasonic instrumentation Proficient in the treatment of all levels of periodontal conditions Administering Nitrous Oxide/ Oxygen Sedation Digital Xrays Dentrix knowledge Placing antimicrobial medicament such as Arestin Effective in oral hygiene instruction delivery and treatment recommendations Laser curettage Office Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm Closed Friday/Saturday/Sunday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Professional development assistance License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred) Dental License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
