What You'll Do Assist pediatric dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA/CDC guidelines Take diagnostic radiographs with minimal retakes Apply sealants and perform supragingival scaling (WA scope of practice) Create positive, fun experiences for pediatric patients and their families Participate in morning huddles and contribute to team success What You Bring Required: Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Current BLS/CPR certification Passion for working with children Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Pediatric dental experience CDA certification Digital radiography experience Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese) a plus What We Offer Competitive pay: $22-28/hr based on experience and credentials Clear advancement path EFDA licensure support for career growth Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays CE allowance for professional development Fun, supportive team environment How to Apply Apply online at everyonebyone.com/careers or email your resume to [email].
