Overview: Full-Time EFDA – Pediatric Dental Clinic Spokane Pediatric Dentistry | Spokane, WA Compensation: $35 – $36 per hour (DOE) & Sign-On Bonus of $500! Spokane Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing pediatric team full-time. Responsibilities: As an experienced EFDA, you’ll support pediatric clinical care with confidence and efficiency: Perform expanded functions duties in compliance with Washington State regulations Place and finish restorations, apply sealants, and assist with restorative procedures Support dentists during pediatric treatments in a fast-paced setting Help create a calm, positive experience for children and parents Maintain sterilization, infection control, and operatory readiness Collaborate closely with a team that values communication and teamwork Qualifications: You will be required to possess the following: Active Washington State EFDA license (required) Prior dental assisting experience required; pediatric experience strongly preferred Confident with expanded functions and chairside workflow Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable stepping into a temporary role Positive attitude and strong team mindset
