Dental Smiles of NC is hiring an experienced Dental Assistant II to join our growing, patient-focused dental team. We are looking for a dependable, skilled assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and delivers excellent chairside care. Qualifications & Experience Dental Assistant II (DA II) certification â North Carolina Experience taking accurate dental impressions Charting restorations Taking high-quality diagnostic X-rays ( we use Nomad units ) Experience placing matrix bands Assisting with a wide range of four-handed dentistry procedures Coronal Polishing Providing clear and thorough patient education Strong chairside manner, attention to detail, and teamwork skills Must maintain all required NC state licenses and certifications Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 â 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching AD&D insurance Dental insurance Dependent care reimbursement Dependent health insurance coverage Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Prescription drug insurance Retirement plan Safety equipment provided Uniform allowance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
