We INNOVATE by trying new things A Day in the Life As a dental hygienist at our practice, a typical day might include the following: Arriving 15 minutes early to huddle with your team to celebrate yesterdayâs wins, address the opportunities, and prepare for todayâs patients. You walked in prepared and ready! Working with a driven team. Managing the care of patients who truly appreciate you. Working in an office that is busy, yet fun. Treating every patient like your own mother. Excitedly seeing between 9-10 patients each day. Create a comfortable and welcoming clinical environment for new and returning patients. Performing procedures using our practice management software. Diagnosing and educating to align patient needs with patient wants resulting in appropriate treatment acceptance. Consistently supporting Doctor-led treatment recommendations for patients. Completing auxiliary procedure such as night guard impressions/scans, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
