We are a privately owned, one-doctor and two-hygienist practice with established patients and a friendly team. Our modern and updated space and equipment make for a great work environment. We are an unrestricted, privately owned practice with a strong emphasis on relationship-based patient care, team culture, and high-level service. Our Hygienists are known for their consistently positive attitudes, approachable personalities, and commitment to excellent patient care. Dental Hygienist Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Perform routine cleanings, periodontal care, and preventive treatments Take and review digital X-rays and conduct oral health assessments Apply fluoride and sealants Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention Assist the dentist with patient care and treatment planning Accurately document patient findings and treatments in records Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety guidelines Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients Stay current with continuing education and Washington state licensing requirements Wage: $75.00 to $80.00 Schedule: Mondays through Thursdays, 6:30am-4:15pm We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, in-house dental, vision, 401k, 401k employer contribution, ORCA card, access to building fitness center amenities, paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick time one hour accrued for every 40 hours worked.
