Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team 2-4 days a week. This part time position offers opportunities for professional growth, including training in Eaglesoft software and digital radiography. The role involves assisting the dentist occasionally. Duties Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to promote oral health. Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews. Take and develop digital radiographs, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis. Maintain infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, review documentation for accuracy, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
