Location: Oregon City, OR 97045 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | 3*- 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Friday), 8 AM – 5 PM | No Weekends!* Introduction Our growing, multi-practitioner dental practice is excited to welcome a Dental Hygienist to our friendly and collaborative team. Experience & Qualifications Required Certifications & Licensure: Current Oregon Dental Hygienist license (required) Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification (preferred) Current CPR/BLS certification (required) Experience: At least 1 year of dental hygiene experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply) Skills: Proficient with digital x-rays and periodontal charting Familiarity with Open Dental software preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to build strong relationships and create a positive patient experience Responsibilities Patient Care: Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care, including cleanings, SRP, and patient education Clinical Duties: Take digital x-rays, chart periodontal conditions, and document clinical findings Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the connection between oral and overall health Collaboration: Work closely with dentists and the clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning Infection Control: Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols to the highest standard Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $59.00 – $70.00 per hour (DOE), plus performance-based incentives Benefits Package Includes: 401(k) 100% employer-paid health insurance (including vision) In-house dental care Paid Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation 1 week paid sick leave Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday–Friday) Office hours: 8 AM – 5 PM No weekends!
