Full-Time Dental Hygienist Dry Creek Dental – Cheyenne, WY Dry Creek Dental is looking for a friendly, skilled, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. We take pride in providing exceptional care to our patients while creating a positive, supportive environment for our team. Job Duties Include: Non- accelerated Hygiene model (60 minute appointments). · Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate care and education · Review and update patient medical/dental histories · Accurately chart periodontal health, existing dental work, and hard/soft tissue findings · Perform thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and selective polishing · Take prescribed radiographs and document doctor’s diagnosis/treatment plans · Apply cavity prevention measures (fluoride, sealants, etc.) · Educate patients on oral health and schedule recall visits · Prepare and process treatment plans for submission · Administer anesthetic when needed (as licensed) · Complete detailed clinical notes and ensure effective handoffs to front office · Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile operatory · Replenish supplies and sterilize hygiene instruments · Participate in morning huddles and team communication · Stay current with continuing education, CPR/First Aid, and Wyoming Radiology License requirements Requirements: · Current Wyoming Dental Hygienist License · Current CPR/First Aid Certification · Current Wyoming Radiology License · Excellent communication and organizational skills · Team-oriented, reliable, and passionate about patient care Benefits: · Competitive pay based on experience · Paid CE · Paid OSHA Training · Paid CPR Training · Paid Hygiene Licensing · 1 week paid time off after 1 year of employment · 2.5 weeks paid time off after 2 years of employment · Monthly bonus system · 401(k) match after 1 year of employment · Disability and life insurance policy · Orthodontic treatment benefits · Comprehensive dental care for employee · Preventative care for employee’s family and restorative care at a discounted rate · 7 paid holidays annually · Team bonding activities throughout the year If you’re a caring, detail-oriented hygienist looking for a welcoming office and a long-term home, we’d love to hear from you!
