Front desk responsibilities include check in guests, updating patient forms, collect payments and presenting treatment plans. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the dental industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable visit for our guests. Compensation is dependent on experience. Responsibilities Perform check-in and check-out tasks Welcome guests upon their arrival Schedule and manage appointments Update patient forms & consents Insurance verification Collect payments Present & explain treatment plans to patients Skills Work experience as Dental Front Desk agent, Receptionist Experience with Dentrix (G7 or above) Organization, time management and multitasking abilities Detail oriented Experienced in Insurance verification Experienced in patient treatment planning Customer service attitude Qualifications Proven experience in a dental office Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction Proficient in Dentrix and other dental software systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to manage insurance verification and medical records efficiently Strong time management and organizational skills Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology Plus if knowledge of sending insurance claims, entering insurance payments, EFT's, and sending patient statements Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Experience: dental office: 2 years (Required) Dentrix : 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
