Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Tucson, AZ
Privately owned dental practice seeking a kind and experienced Dental Assistant with minimum 2 years experience to join our team. Dental radiology certificate is a must, coronal polishing certificate would be a big plus but not required. We have two offices and this position is for our NW office (River Rd./Stone Ave.). We have three doctors that rotate throughout the two offices so at any given time 2 doctors are present and 2-3 hygienists. We are open M-Fri (Fridays are half-days and all DAs rotate for about 1 Fri/every month) The position is open immediately. **Pay is dependent on experience and skills.** We offer PTO, 401K (3% matching), Medical Insurance, Dental treatment, bonuses and uniform allowance. We are a fun group with many long-time team members. We want a professional and reliable individual to help with sterilization, dental procedures of all types (fillings, crowns (CEREC), pediatrics, implants, extractions, root canals, dentures, etc), lab procedures, infection control, consents, charting and much more. We are a busy office and expect someone who doesn't mind jumping in and promote a team-centered environment. Also, we are looking for an individual who does not mind a bit of cross training when the need arises. This position *may* require some limited travel to an office 10-15 min away if coverage is needed at a different location. Our practice software is Carestack and training will be available.
